Brunch Kickoff Fundraiser for Redskin Achievement Award Saturday
SHS alum and executive chef Jon Jividen to prepare meal

A fundraiser kickoff for the inaugural Redskin Achievement Award will be held this Saturday at the Sullivan American Legion from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
The fundraiser will help raise money that in turn will be awarded to one male and one female
each year who meet the criteria for the award in an effort to help offset costs accompanied by any school related activity.
Preparing the brunch will be SHS alum and executive chef Jon Jividen, who has cooked for three previous US presidents among other high-profile individuals. The brunch will offer dishes including honey baked ham, spinach, mushroom, and roasted red pepper quiche, biscuits and gravy, roasted potatoes, garden salad, and lemon pound cake. As for beverages, in addition to coffee, champagne and a special signature cocktail will be available as will ice tea and strawberry lemonade.
