The third annual Mattoon to Peoria St Jude Run will take off at 8 a.m. Friday from Riddle Elementary School in Mattoon following the kick-off party at 7:30 a.m. Over the past two years more than $135,000 has been raised for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
