Patricia Horath

Patricia J. Horath, 65, of Sullivan passed away at 11:40 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 2016 in Sullivan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 18 in McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan with visitation 5-7 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in French Cemetery in Sullivan.

Patricia was born November 15, 1950 in Decatur, a daughter of Vernon E. and Evelyn M. McElravy Jack. She married Tommy J. Horath August 9, 1970 in Sullivan, and he preceded her in death December 7, 2007.      Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
