USDA Rural Development in Illinois is seeking loan applications.
Small, rural communities, not for profit organizations and special purpose districts are often faced with steep challenges when it comes to funding costly, yet basic needed services. The historically low interest rates of 2.875% for loans up to 40 years, recently announced by USDA Rural Development, may be just what it takes to make needed upgrades affordable.
Residents look for critical services from their community, such as protecting life and property, ensuring education and providing adequate health care, public services or public safety.
