The FFA National Chapter Award program recognizes local FFA Chapters in the areas of Student Development, Chapter Development, and Community Development.

An application detailing the FFA Chapters’ activities in each of these three areas is accessed and awarded a designation of Gold, Silver or Bronze. In state program judging, the Sullivan FFA received a Gold Emblem rating for each of the three areas and was named a Gold Emblem Chapter overall.

After reviewing the Gold Emblem chapters, the top 10 percent of FFA Chapters statewide are then selected as National Finalists in this award program. Sullivan FFA received this designation and will represent Illinois in National Program Award judging this summer.
