Pictured above is Campbell’s Barber Shop in Sullivan is where the Toy Bar is today. In the above February 1951 photograph from left: owner Jim Campbell, Johnny Selock, Frank Bond and Cecil Yates. Frank’s son Mac provided the photo and noted haircuts were $1 with 10 cents going to the owner. Bond went on to open a single shop in town charging 75 cents.
