Registration for the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten Program is underway. Book bags, logs, storytimes and more are available for pre-K kids who register. Loom

Learn the art of loom knitting and make a hat or scarf with Too Cute Crafts’ Jordan Durbin. Attendees will need to bring their own yarn. Those wanting to do the candy corn design should bring three colors. An example is may be seen in the library. Class is 11 a.m.-noon Saturday, October 1. Only eight seats are available so pre-registration is required.

A book club for fourth-eighth graders meets 3:45-4:45 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of every month. The children in this club enjoy planning/assisting with library events and talking about their favorite books.
