James Hale, Jr.

James Carviel Hale Jr., 61, of rural Shelbyville, died Sunday, November 20, 2016 in Carle Hospital in Champaign.

Celebration of Life Services will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, November 28 in Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home in Windsor. Memorial service will follow at 7 p.m.

Jim was born May 9, 1955 to James Carviel Hale, Sr. and Virginia Nichols Hale in Decatur. He married Becky Tice October 24, 2002 in Shelby County. He retired from Norfolk and Western Railway Decatur. Jim attended school in Windsor.       Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
