Franklin Hiram Neal, 91, of Urbana, passed away at 8 a.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2017 in the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Danville.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 1 in McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan with Masonic Rites by George A. Sentel Lodge #764.
