Kenneth E. Ducker, Sr., 76, of Sullivan, formerly of Mattoon, died at 3:20 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017 in Carle Hospital in Urbana.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 26 in Shrader Funeral Home in Arthur with Pastor Francis Farney officiating. Burial followed in Arthur Cemetery.       Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
