Paul Carter

H. Paul Carter, 92, of Sullivan, passed away at 4:25 p.m. Friday October 6, 2017 in Sullivan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Celebration of Life Services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan. Burial was in Windsor Cemetery.
