Strong Raider First Half Too Much for ALAH
•January 17, 2018•
A poor second quarter doomed the Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond boys’ basketball team in a nonconference battle against Central A&M last Tuesday.
The Knights fell behind seven points in the first quarter, but it was a 20-8 second-quarter run for the Raiders that extended the lead to 39-20 at the half.
ALAH outscored A&M in the second half 28-26, but it wasn’t enough in the eventual 65-48 loss.
Colton Romine tallied a team-high 15 points, 14 rebounds and four blocks to lead the Knights.
