Titus Memorial Library director Michelle Nolen approached the Sullivan City Council at their last meeting about purchasing an informational sign to place outside of the library. The sign would be placed in the grassy area on the southwest corner facing the east and west side.
Nolen questioned the council whether there would be TIF funds to help pay for the sign. The council members stated that they would have to speak with the TIF consultants and see whether there would be funds in the budget this year.
Nolen also responded that the library had some maintenance funds for this fiscal year which could help with the purchase as well as some possible memorial funds.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
