Melvin Reynolds

W. Melvin Reynolds, age 84, of Allenville, went to be with God at 4:40 a.m. Thursday, November 29, 2018. He was home surrounded by his family while they said their farewells through tears of sorrow and grief.
Celebration of Life services were at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Reed Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Dolan officiating. Burial was in French Cemetery in Allenville.
Melvin, as he’s well known, was born Sunday, April 1, 1934 to Luther and Bernice Malone Reynolds in Shelby County, Illinois. On Friday November 20, 1953 Melvin married the love of his life Zelma Louise Colclasure. They were married 65 wonderful years.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
