Redskins Baseball Bounces Back to Defeat Hawks

The Sullivan baseball team dropped three straight games before defeating Meridian Monday.
The Redskins lost to Warrensburg-Latham 6-5 Friday, Shelbyville 8-2 last Wednesday and Warrensburg-Latham again 5-2 last Tuesday.
Monday against Meridian, Redskins Tim Lawyer had two hits, and Ian Hill knocked in a run to help Sullivan to a 2-0 win.
Spencer Johnson pitched five innings and struck out 12, and Dalton Rogers pitched two innings and struck out two for the win.
Against Warrensburg-Latham Friday, Dalton Rogers recorded two hits and two RBIs, but WL walked it off on the bottom of the seventh inning for the 6-5 win.
