Staci Murbarger, LPN, was honored with the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses at Sarah Bush Lincoln on April 30.
Murbarger was nominated for making a big impression on a patient at Charleston Family Practice. In her letter, the patient expressed her gratitude to Murbarger for going above and beyond to provide years of compassionate care.
“Staci has provided more than a decade of care to both my husband and myself and she has shown compassion and dedication with each appointment or health issue. No matter how long between appointments, she greets us as if we are friends, and I definitely feel the genuine compassion with the care she provides.
