Pictured above is the Lovington IOOF building. It was destroyed by a rainstorm in August of 1965. It was originally built in 1911 by Hagerman & Harshman and replaced the wood frame IOOF building that burned in 1910. It was on the south side of state street across from the East End. The building was razed in Oct 1965. Please submit photos to the News Progress for future consideration. Originals will be saved for return or forwarded to Moultrie County Historical Society.
