Eugene C. Rowe, 99, of Sullivan, passed away at 9:46 a.m. Thursday, January 2, 2020, in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, January 6, at McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Marge Overlot officiating. Masonic Rites were performed by George A. Sentel Lodge #764.
