There will be a spaghetti supper for Tony Tedrick of Lovington from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 at the Church of God Life Center, 301 W. State St., Lovington.
Tony has necrotizing pancreatitis, uncontrollable diabetes and liver disease. His pancreas has died and will need to be removed.
Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago is the sixth hospital in the U.S. to perform this type of surgery.
Tony will be in the hospital approximately two weeks, then will need to stay within five minutes of the hospital and additional three to four weeks.
As you can imagine the expenses for this family are astronomical. Any help, including prayers, would greatly be appreciated by them.
Tony and his wife Sonja have four children ages three, nine, 15 and 20.
