Jack A. Weaver, 73, of Sullivan passed away at 10:48 p.m. Thursday July 2, 2020, in his home surrounded by family.
Private Celebration of Life services will be Saturday July 11 in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Jim Maroon officiating.
