Dick Baugher

Richard Franklin “Dick” Baugher, 75, of rural Windsor passed away at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 21, 2014 in the comfort of his home with loved ones by his side.

Dick was born Oct. 31, 1938 in Mattoon, a son of Frank and Francis Weaver Baugher. Dick married Susan Hanfland Dec. 12, 1970 in Effingham, and they enjoyed 43 years together.
