The Sullivan American Legion Auxiliary Unit #68 presented awards from two recent contests to area students at a ceremony following Memorial Day services at the Sullivan American Legion on May 26th, 2025.

Lindsey Ozier, a recent graduate of Okaw Valley High School, was recognized for her first-place finish in the Americanism Essay Contest, and Sullivan High School junior Jade McKee was awarded second place. Both students received monetary awards and certificates.
