September is “Library Card Sign Up” month at the Windsor Storm Library in Windsor. Library cards may be obtained by completing an application and providing proof of Windsor residency. Non-residents may also apply for a card if they pay a non-resident fee. All Windsor School District students are eligible for a free library card, regardless of residency.
