William Neeley

William Lee Neeley Sr., 81, of Effingham, formerly of Decatur, died Thursday may 22, 2014 in his daughter’s home.

A service celebrating his life will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Moran & Goebel Funeral Home in Decatur with visitation 9:30-10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery.
