Services for Forest Wayne Clark, 98, of Decatur were held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Moundford Free Methodist Church. Burial was in Graceland-Fairlawn Cemetery in Decatur. Brintlinger & Earl Funeral Home in Decatur handled arrangements.

He died Wednesday August 13, 2014 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
