Service and attacking errors plague ALAH in loss

Four timeouts, but to no avail.
Despite head coach Emily Crossman’s repeated attempts to get her girls to regroup, the Lady Knights seemed destined to drop an important conference matchup Thursday night, falling 20-25, 14-25 to Sangamon Valley.
“I’d say tonight we did not even show up,” said Crossman, bluntly. “They tried to fight at the end, but it was too little too late. If you don’t start, you can’t finish a game. We couldn’t string anything together. When one facet of our play was not working, the other would shut down. The other end didn’t pick the other up.”
