Funeral services for Edwin Perry “Easy Ed or Grumpy” Owens, 80, of Lovington were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Lovington. Burial with military rites by Lovington American Legion Post #429 was in Oak Grove Cemetery in Bethany.

He passed away at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2014 in his home in Lovington.
