Early last year I began sharing the announcement that I, Lisa Ozier, would be seeking election as a Republican candidate to be your next Moultrie County Clerk and Recorder. I have spent the last year spreading the word and trying to reach every resident in Moultrie County. Combining my heart for community service and experience in accounting and business, I feel I can bring a fresh perspective to the County Clerk’s office.
