ALAH Girls’ Track Team Competes for Top Spots

The Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond girls’ track competed in two meets this past week.
ALAH participated in the Tri-County Invitational in Sullivan last Tuesday and the T Tuscola Open Invitational Friday.
At the Tuscola Open, ALAH several athletes in the top five spots.
Kenli Nettles took first places in 110-meter hurdles, 300 meter hurdles and the long jump.
She ran the 100 hurdles in 16.98, the 300 hurdles in 50.77 and jumped 5 feet 7 inches.
Makenna Green took second in the 3,200-meter run with a time of 13:10.35, and she ran the 1,600-meter run in 6:07.69 for fourth place.
