ALAH Knights Keep Oblong at Bay for a Home Victory

The Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond boys’ basketball team picked up its first win of the season against Oblong Friday night at home.
Oblong jumped out to a 6-3 lead to start the game, but a few minutes later, ALAH tied the game at six.
From there, the Knights rattled off 13 straight points to take a 21-6 lead minutes after the second quarter started.
Oblong made a small run later in the second quarter, but ALAH did not allow Oblong to get closer than eight points and eventually won 50-39 win.
