The Ambucs Halloween parade and costume contest was held on Friday, October 29 in the Sullivan High School gymnasium. Ten finalists were chosen. They were Jason, Jennifer and Herschel Grindstaff as Banana, Bat and Pineapple, Nora and Angela Hill as Beauty and the Beast, Blayne Hill as Pac Man, Mike, Xander, Axel and Jaxon Cain as Cowboy family, Adah Ray-Alan as Cabbage Patch Kid, Logan Taylor as a gnome, Craig, Kara, Charlie and Maverick Moffett as Frozen family, Rebecca Bentley and Synthea Doss as Dinosaur Skeletons, Gabriella and Kyle Dobbs as Tooth Fairy and Tooth and Hannah Taylor as a green snail.
