You may not have noticed her in the past, let alone heard her name mentioned as part of the team, but sophomore Alyssa Marshall is in fact a varsity player for Sullivan’s girls’ basketball team. And the typically quiet and timid sophomore put aside her humble play Thursday night as she was tasked with answering the call to fill the temporary absence of senior Maggie Plank, who was out sick.
