Shawnee Communications delivered a late Christmas gift to District #305 Education Foundation. On Wednesday, January 19th, Jamie Franklin, Customer Service Manager for Shawnee Communications, presented the District #305 Education Foundation with a much-needed donation. The $5,400 donation consisted of employee donations, which were matched individually by Shawnee’s four shareholders and then matched by the company. Millikin University Announces New Dual Degree Program and Major

Millikin University has announced an opportunity for undergraduates to accelerate their careers in arts management through a new accelerated Arts Administration/Master of Business Administration (MBA) 3+1 dual degree program. Millikin will begin enrolling students in the program in the fall 2022 semester.
Through the accelerated Arts Administration + MBA program, students can earn a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts Administration and an MBA degree in just four years. Students will spend three years completing the Arts Administration major and will enroll as a graduate student in Millikin University’s 13-month Daytime MBA program in their fourth year. Read More

Mrs. Dickens class celebrated the 100th Day with songs and activities. This was also only the fifth day that all of her students were in attendance out of the 100 days.
Sullivan Holds on vs A&M

The Lady Redskins took a 19-13 lead into the half against A&M last Thursday and found a way to hold on for the 47-43 win. The victory gave Sullivan 5th place in the CIC Tournament.
Alaina Moore led the team with 17 points in the matchup. Izzy Hay dropped in nine points to go with her scrappy defensive effort, coming up with four steals. Skyla Palmer led the Lady Redskins on the boards with seven rebounds to go with her two points. Kiley Dyer chipped in with seven points, Addison Minor five, Emily Miller four and Addison Stollard rounded it out with one.
