Thomas Raglan Winings passed away peacefully September 23, 2023, at age 79 from Parkinson’s Disease. He was born the second of three children June 26, 1944, in Decatur, Illinois to Ernest and Mary Winings. Tom grew up on a dairy farm in Lovington, Illinois.
