Richard Dale Martin Jr, 48, of Columbia, Missouri, formerly of Bethany, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 in Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
Rick was born December 11, 1969, in Decatur to the late Richard Dale Martin Sr. and Nancy L. Risley Ozee. He grew up and attended Bethany High School where he graduated in 1988. Rick enlisted in the United States Marine Corps straight out of high school. He honorably served his country four years as a military policeman including serving during Desert Storm. Floyd Eugene “Gene” Denton, 91, of Sullivan, passed away at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2018 in Sullivan Rehabilitation & Health Care Center.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 6 in McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home in Sullivan. Bart W. Qualls, 53, of Sullivan, passed away at 3:34 p.m. Thursday September 13, 2018 in Sullivan.
Celebration of Life services were at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Charliam Renner officiating.

Gregg Alan Taylor, 67, of Sullivan, Illinois passed away in his home September 11, 2018 surrounded by his family.
Gregg was a second generation Eastern Illinois alumni and married Evelyn Sandrisser in 1981.

Barbara Lou Brock (née Graham), 73, of Arthur passed away at 4:35 p.m. Saturday, September 15, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family after a hard-fought cancer battle.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 20 from 4-7 p.m. and from 10-11 a.m. at the Arthur Southern Baptist Church with the funeral at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 21 also at the church with the Rev.
