Elizabeth Anne Adams, 79, of Bethany, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 11:08 p.m. in Eastview Terrace, Sullivan.
Celebration of Life services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Reed Funeral Home with Pastor Brett Hindrichs officiating. Burial will be in the Marrowbone Twp. Cemetery, Bethany. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Memorials are suggested to the Mt. Ruth A. Adcock of Hammond, Illinois, passed away in Decatur Memorial Hospital Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 1:12 p.m.
Ruth was born April 3, 1954, in Effingham, Illinois, a daughter of Charles H. and Doris Jean (Lilley) Brewer. She graduated from Atwood-Hammond High School in 1972 and from Parkland College in Champaign in 1991. Ruth worked 20 years for the University of Illinois Office of Extension and Outreach and was a beloved wife to her husband, farmer Mark A. Adcock, for 47 beautiful years.  Read More
