Larry D. Williams, 66, of Waynesboro, Pa., formerly of Illinois, died at 9:45 p.m. EST, Sunday, Nov. 1, 2020.
A private family graveside service with military honors and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Larry was born Dec. 21, 1953, in Joliet, Ill., a son of Floyd Williams and Imogene Wallace-Williams (Gill). He was a veteran and had served as post commander of American Legion Post 429. Read More

Peggy Lou Bryant, 66, of Sullivan, formerly of Bethany, passed away at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at her home in Sullivan.
Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 7 at McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Bethany. Burial was in Marrowbone Township Cemetery in Bethany. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany First Christian Church or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Read More

Wilma Maxine Colclasure, 75, of Sullivan, went to be with the Lord at 7:42 a.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at her daughter’s home in Arcola.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 7 at McMullin-Young Funeral Home in Sullivan, with Pastor Ed Stevens officiating. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the services Saturday at the funeral home in Sullivan. Face masks are suggested, and please practice social distancing for the services. The Moultrie-Douglas County Fair Pageant will be held Monday, July 27th at 6:00 p.m. for Little Miss Fair Queen and 7:00 p.m. for Miss and Junior Miss Fair Queen located at the south track on the Mo-Do Fairgrounds. Vying for the title of Miss Moultrie Douglas Fair Queen are: Abigail Meyer of Tuscola, Addee Mulligan of Arcola, Sarah Rogers of Atwood, Ava Whitson of Tuscola, Addisyn Wilson of Villa Grove, Emma Spillman of Tuscola, Aymara Leal of Arcola and Katilyn Kirby of Sullivan.
