A blood drive in honor of Jodi Phelps will be held on Saturday, September 9 from 8 am to 2 pm in the main room at the Sullivan American Legion, 8 East Strain in Sullivan. Jodi has received more than 500 units of blood as she fights leukemia, diabetes, congestive heart failure and kidney failure. She wants others to know just how much of a difference donated blood products can make in someone’s life.
