Three Lake Land College Honors Program students were recognized recently at the annual honors luncheon where they presented findings from the research they conducted through the Honors Program. Lake Land College recently recognized its Honors Program scholars where students presented their research findings and were recognized for their achievements. Throughout the year, these students have been conducting undergraduate research in a variety of topics.
Of those honors program members recognized was sophomore Adriene Lane of Sullivan, a speech communication major.
Lane, who is a 2013 Okaw Valley high school alum, will graduate from the honors program with full honors status, which requires that she earn at least a 3.5 overall GPA, graduate from an associate degree program, and successfully complete four honors course options while in the program.
