The Moscow Ballet returns to Decatur, Ill., after eight years to perform the holiday classic the “Great Russian Nutcracker” on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at Kirkland Fine Arts Center on Millikin University’s campus.

The immersive Christmas classic will feature 40 professional dancers, hand-selected area young dancers, the Millikin Children’s Choir, and a full musical accompaniment from the 65-member Millikin-Decatur Symphony Orchestra (MDSO) under the direction of Dr. Sergey Bogza.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
