First Mid-Illinois Bank and Trust has announced that Josh Milliman has been promoted to the position of Branch Manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations including the management of all functions and services provided at the Sullivan banking center located at 200 South Hamilton Street.
