Thursday, January 16th: Stuffed chicken breast, Delmonico potatoes, venetian blend, fruit and bread or roll.
Friday, January 17th: Tuna salad, potato soup, tangy coleslaw, tropical fruit salad and a bun.
Monday, January 20th: Ham and Beans, copper carrots, mixed fruit, cornbread and Kitchen’s choice dessert.
Tuesday, January 21st: Pizza mac casserole, corn, spiced apples and kidney bean salad.
Wednesday, January 22nd: Meatloaf, ranch mashed potatoes, peas and pearl onions, fruit and bread or roll.
Thursday, January 23rd: Mushroom crusted chicken breast, baby bakers, stewed tomatoes, fruit pudding salad and bread or roll.
Friday, January 24th: Vegetable lasagna, California blend, fruit crisp and romaine salad.
Monday, January 27th: Stuffed green peppers, buttered hominy, carrots and raisins or craisins.
Tuesday, January 28th: Fried chicken, hash brown casserole, green beans, cherry fluff and bread or roll.
Wednesday, January 29th: Pulled pork with mac and cheese, beets, breaded tomatoes and hot fruit compote.
Thursday, January 30th: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, green bean casserole, coleslaw and bread or roll.
Friday, January 31st: Veggie burger, vegetables, black-eyed pea salad, fruit or salad and a bun.
Skim milk and desserts with no sugar added are available in many locations, ask the sit supervisor for information. The nutrition program suggests a donation of $4 for each congregate and home-delivered meal. No older person shall be denied a meal because of their inability to contribute towards the cost of the meal. Illinois link cards are accepted.
