Austin L. Nelin, 23, of Sullivan has been sentenced to 2.5 years of imprisonment in the Illinois Department o sentence for: Criminal Trespass to Residence, a Class 4 Felony, Moultrie County case 2019-CF-36.
Moultrie County State’s Attorney Tracy Weaver represented the State. Nelin was represented by Public Defender Walter Lookofsky; however, Nelin failed to appear at the sentencing hearing.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
