Illinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs was one of the speakers at the Moultrie County Ds Spaghetti Dinner on Friday, March 25. Dic candidates for county board and Illinois Secretary of State were also in attendance as well as former member of the Illinois Senate, Andy Manar. He is currently the Deputy Governor for Budget and Economy.
