University of Illinois Extension Program Leader and Assistant Dean, Community and Economic Development, Anne Heinze Silvis, and United Counties Council of Illinois President David Meyer, County Board Chairman of Washington County, are pleased to announce Lori Barringer of Moultrie County has completed the coursework and is now a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Academy program for local government officials. The Leadership Academy, a joint venture of United Counties Council of Illinois and the University of Illinois Extension, is a comprehensive leadership development program designed for county officials, elected and appointed.
