For the November 8 General Election, citizens who are not registered to vote and cannot leave their home or nursing home facility because of a permanent physical disability may arrange for voter registration and voting by contacting the Moultrie County Clerk’s office.

The last day to register to vote before the General Election is Tuesday, October 11, with the exception of grace period registrations and transfers between October 12 through election day.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
