Celebration of Life services for John David Taber, 79, of Sullivan were at 11 a.m. Monday in Reed Funeral Home in Sullivan with Pastor Lindo Smith officiating. Burial with military rites conducted by Sullivan American Legion Post # 68 was in Greenhill Cemetery in Sullivan.

He went to Heaven to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at 4:35 a.m. Friday January 9, 2015 in Mason Point in Sullivan.
