Dale Puyear

Dale Allen Puyear, age 66, of Sullivan, Illinois went home to be with the Lord on January 11, 2026 at 1:37 p.m. surrounded by his loving family at Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital, Mattoon, Illinois after battling Multiple Myeloma for over eight years. He was born on May 2, 1959 in Decatur, Illinois, the son of Bill and Cleo Puyear.
