Kathryn L. Hartman, 88, of Windsor passed away at 4:58 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2020, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loved ones.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 14 in Windsor Christian Church with the Reverend Patrick Fahey officiating. Burial was in Richland Cemetery in rural Strasburg. Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home in Windsor assisted the family.     Login or Subscribe to read the rest of this story.
