William “Bill” Roy Wooley died at home Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020.
No public service has been scheduled. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
Bill was born April 23, 1950, in Mattoon to Gerald Vane and Ethel Mae Wooley (Bement).
